How I Can Help
Monitoring & Evaluation Design and Analysis
End-to-end M&E support: theory of change and indicator frameworks, evaluation design (including quasi-experimental methods), instrument development, and analysis of program outcomes. Deliverables include evaluation plans, mid-line and end-line reports, and dashboards that make findings actionable for program teams and funders.
Quantitative Analysis & Data Science
Applied statistics, causal inference, and predictive modeling for social-sector questions. I work across the full pipeline — data cleaning, modeling, visualization, and translation of technical findings for non-technical audiences — and am frequently engaged when internal teams need methodological rigor without adding permanent headcount.
Survey & Research Design
Sampling strategy, questionnaire design, cognitive testing, weighting, and analysis for original data collection. My experience spans nationally representative surveys, program-embedded evaluations, and mixed-methods studies for policy and advocacy audiences.
AI Strategy for NGOs & Research Organizations
Practical, low-risk pathways for adopting AI in research and program workflows: use-case identification, tool selection, workflow redesign, and staff enablement. I focus on realistic gains — faster literature review, better qualitative coding, cleaner data pipelines — rather than speculative transformation, with governance and data-privacy considerations tailored to sensitive research contexts.
How We’d Work Together
Engagements are project-based, with fixed scope, timeline, and deliverables defined together at the outset so budgets and expectations stay predictable. Most projects run 4 to 16 weeks. I work independently or embed with internal teams, and I’m set up for fully remote collaboration across US and international time zones.
